I think we'rrr losht, Mishush Moneypenny Print
Travel
I still intend to post more about the time spent rummaging around the UK, but Monday is all meetings and deadlines and various conniptions that stack up when you're not looking.  Meanwhile, here at least is my choice for most-amusing road sign, possibly ever:

It's actually pretty decipherable when you have more than three seconds to look at it.  But in the event, to my untrained American eyes, it whooshed by so confusingly that I started laughing.

I wound up driving around in circles several times, looking to find the spot I'd come in on, so I could pull over and take a few minutes to appreciate this work of art.  ("I think we'rrr losht, Mishush Moneypenny" I said to myself, several times, in the Sean Connery accent I'd been quietly amusing myself with ever since crossing into Scotland.  This somehow enhanced the effect.)

Another great thing about Scotland: they seem to have almost as many monuments to great Scottish poets and novelists as to generals and kings.

More later...
